Notification card syphilis

Description
Notification card is available for partners of people who have syphilis. The card informs partners about the need to see a doctor or a nurse, even if they don't have symptoms. The card reminds people that it is important to protect themselves while they wait to be tested and treated, if needed. The cards also have information about prevention methods, modes of transmission, symptoms, screening and treatment.
