This document is intended for informal or family caregivers. It aims to help them better understand the home support services available to the person they are caring for.
It provides information on the nature of home support services, the steps required to request them, the services offered to the person receiving care, as well as those designed to support caregivers. The document also includes information on certain available financial assistance programs.
