Description
The Charter of the French Language makes French the official language of Québec. Under this law, organizations in the health and social services network use the French language in an exemplary manner in all their activities, except for exceptions provided for by the Charter. This directive specifies the nature of the situations in which these organizations may use a language other than French in cases where the provisions of the Charter allow it.
