Description
The Statement is intended for pharmaceutical companies wishing to carry out, in collaboration with institutions of the health and social services network (RSSS), clinical trials for which they are sponsors. It is intended to confirm the regulatory requirements applicable in Quebec that are non-negotiable and to provide details regarding certain other contextual elements specific to the RSSS. It is available for distribution to pharmaceutical companies.
