Description
As part of the Agir tôt program, all 18-month-old children in Quebec can now benefit from an enhanced vaccination appointment, to allow parents to talk with a nurse about their child's development and health at the using the ABCdaire 18 months+. The checklist was created to help parents prepare for this vaccination appointment.
