The Reference Framework for Users’ Committees and In-Patient Committees aims to inform all User Committees and Residents' Committees of public institutions in the Health and Social Services Network of their roles and responsibilities. It addresses the guiding principles behind the committees' work, the legal functions and other responsibilities of the committees, including budget administration and accountability.
