This tool comes in the form of a small 100 self-adhesive sheets pad of 7.3 cm x 7.3 cm. The notes are designed for specialized nurse practitioners and family doctors to place directly on prescriptions for colorectal cancer screening by fecal occult blood test, or on Demande d’analyse de recherche de sang occulte dans les selles (RSOSI) par méthode immunochimique form . This tool encourages people age 50–74 who are targeted for colorectal cancer screening by fecal occult blood test to learn more about the subject on the Portail santé mieux-être.
