This brochure provides an overview of the multiclientele assessment tool and general instructions for working with it, including how to complete and use it.
In accordance with recommendations in the Comité aviseur sur l’outil d’évaluation intégré des besoins des personnes en perte d’autonomie et de détermination des services requis, notamment en institution ou à domicile, Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux has introduced an integrated assessment tool in establishments that belong to the health and social services network.
