Description
The Québec Vaccination Registry is an electronic database designed to provide health network professionals (e.g., physicians, nurses) with access to information on vaccines received by individuals in Québec.
The registry will be gradually introduced in all regions of Québec from June 2014 to December 2016.
Anyone may request his or her personal information from the Québec Vaccination Registry.
