Description
The Act respecting health services and social services provides for a complaints examination system applicable to the health and social services network. This pamphlet explains to the users of the network the procedure to follow to express a dissatisfaction, to file a complaint or to report a situation of maltreatment and presents the main actors who can support them in their steps.
