Its originality lies, on the one hand, in its proposal of historical references to the main events that led to its establishment and current development and, on the other hand, in its presentation, in a synthesized manner, of a statistical overview of its main aspects, whether as regards the human and institutional resources that it requires, the use that is made of the services it provides, or the costs that it generates.
