The documents in this toolkit are intended for pharmaceutical companies who wish to carry out, in collaboration with establishments in the health and social services network (RSSS), clinical trials of which they are sponsors. It aims to confirm the regulatory requirements applicable in Quebec and to provide clarification regarding certain other contextual elements specific to the RSSS. It is available for distribution to pharmaceutical companies.
