This summary is an abridged version of the Québec Pandemic Influenza Plan—Health Mission. It provides an overview of the 24 strategies developed to limit the potential impact of an influenza pandemic on Québec society. These strategies are an integral part of the five areas of activity addressed by the health and social services network mission, which are public health, physical health, psychosocial intervention, communication and the maintaining of services.
