In order to make using the direct allocation program (service employment paycheque) easier, the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux has updated two brochures: one for individuals receiving home-care services; the other for individuals providing them.
You are starting to provide home-support services to someone under the direct allocation program (service employment paycheque). If you are providing homecare assistance to a person with a handicap or loss of independance brochure gives the terms and conditions of the direct allocation program (service employment paycheque) as well as your obligations and responsibilities as an employee.

Please note that an update of this brochure will be produced to reflect, among other things, the amendments to the Act respecting labor standards.
